Amador Elizondo, Sr.

Beloved Husband, father and friend, Amador Elizondo Sr., 67, of Eagle Lake Tx, passed away November 3, 2022. He was born in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon on September 6, 1955. He was married to Maria Del Carmen Elizondo on September 22, 1984. Amador worked as a Trucker Driver for over 43yrs. He was a member of the Parish of the Nativity, and had a passion for serving his church community and his family. He was known for his compassion and great heart when it came to helping others. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose Elizondo Flores, Beatriz Martinez Elizondo and his brother Jose Ricardo Elizondo. He was survived by his wife Maria Del Carmen Elizondo, his children Ana Lilia Elizondo, Jose Elizondo and his wife Venus Mercado-Elizondo, and Amador Elizondo Jr. His grandchildren Gabriella Beatrice Elizondo and Benjamin Hyatt-Fabius Elizondo. At a young age he assumed the role of more than just a brother or brother in law, he was also a father figure. Sisters: Elvia Elizondo and husband Jose Maria Garza(Deceased). Visitation begins at Parish of the Nativity Catholic Church at 5 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 with a rosary being recited at 7 pm. Funeral mass will be at 10 am on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Parish of the Nativity Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Nativity Cemetery.
