Beverly Ward

Beverly J. Ward, 87, of Eagle Lake, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025 in Eagle Lake, Texas. She was born on March 4, 1938 in Peoria, Illinois to Art and Kay Rickwell. She graduated from Odessa High School and completed some college courses. She was a Salesperson in the Real Estate business for 35 years and worked beside her son for 11 of those years. Beverly attended Second Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, and did outreach ministries visiting inmates in prison. Her other passion was working In her garden, and enjoying her small dog Shazie. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Renee Ward and her grandson, Mathew Ward. She is survived by her son Mark Ward of Eagle Lake, Texas.

A Gathering of Friends will be held at the Eagle Lake Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5 - 6 PM.
