Jose Garcia

Jose Eleno Garcia Marquez passed away July 5, 2023. He was born December 22, 1979 in Mexico to Eleno  Garcia and Maria Guadalupe Marquez.   Jose worked as a welder. He enjoyed working out and spending time with family going to the beach. He enjoyed drawing.

He is survived by his father, Eleno Garcia of Eagle Lake; wife, Sylvia Garcia of Needville; sons, Eleno Garcia, Andy Garcia and Aaron Garcia all of Needville; daughters, Sabrina Garcia and Gisella Garcia all of Needville; brothers, Raul Garcia of Arkansas, Fermin Garcia of Rosenberg, Ismael Garcia of Houston; sisters, Amelia Garcia of Dallas and Elena Garcia of Eagle Lake.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Garcia and sister, Evangelia Garcia.

Serving as pallbearers will be Gerardo Martinez, Jose Pescina, Arnulfo Pescina, Manuel Pescina, Eleno Garcia, Ismael Garcia, Fermin Garcia and Raul Garcia.

Visitation will begin at 5 pm at Eagle Lake Funeral Home on Monday, July 10, 2023 with rosary being recited at 7 pm. Funeral will be at 11 am Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Eagle Lake Funeral Home with burial to follow at Nativity Cemetery.
